Shipping Policy

Please allow up to two weeks for production and processing of your order. Shipping rates are based on the destination and include insurance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and shipping times may exceed the estimates provided due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs delays for international orders.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other events outside of our control. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees for your purchased items in your country. Please check your country’s policy for any restrictions on importing items.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our dolls, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Warranty/Guarantee

Our dolls are crafted with care, and we stand by the quality of our products. If there are any defects in workmanship or materials, please contact us immediately to discuss possible solutions. We do not offer warranties for general wear and tear or damages caused by improper handling.
